Why we build Asktopus
Most questions visitors ask are already answered somewhere on your site. They're just hard to find, and when nobody answers, visitors move on. Asktopus reads your website, your PDFs and the articles you write yourself, and answers from them.
We build it for small and mid-sized businesses that want an AI chatbot that works from day one: one script tag, fixed prices and no consulting project.
How we work
Answers from your own content
The assistant doesn't make things up. If your content doesn't cover a question, it says so, and with human handoff switched on, the visitor can reach your team with the “Talk to a person” button.
Fixed prices, no lock-in
Monthly or yearly prices in euros (Danish kroner in Denmark) excl. VAT, with two months free on yearly billing, and you can cancel any time.
Open about data
We act as data processor for chat data, offer a data processing agreement and list the sub-processors we use.
Built in Denmark
It answers each visitor in their own language, and the chat window's own texts come in 11 languages. Our support speaks Danish, English and Spanish.
